Wharf Town

Look to the left - in the middle of the river
there's a barge. Whenever you fall into the water, swim to the barge and jump onto
it. Also, once you have the rifle scope, use it frequently -- you can take out lots
of enemies this way.
Walk to the left side of the sidewalk and jump
around the wooden wall. Take out the guys and jump onto the barge. Get the dynamite,
jump back where you came from and blow out the poster for some goodies (scope, armor,
dynamite) in the first secret area. Jump back onto the barge, then to the other side of
the river. Enter the building, fight your way through the first room, step on the
moving belt and get into the second room. In the open part of that room is the steel
key, hidden behind some barrels. Jump back on the belt, at the end, you'll see a
small opening in the floor. Light some dynamite, throw it into the hole and it will
blow up a bigger hole. Jump down into another secret area. In the water is a
rifle scope and medical bags. Follow the small pathway to the one-barrel shotgun and
more dynamite. Exit at the end, then exit the building, go all the way back to the start
point and enter the door to the left with the steel key.
Cross the first room and go into the big room. To
your left, there's a lever on the wall. Push it and you hear stairs descending into the
water. This way you do not have to swim all the way back to the barge should you
fall into the river. There are several of these levers throughout this level,
whenever you see one, push it. Go right to clear out the goodies and return.
Contiune to go through the big room until you end at a door. Open it, go right into
the shed to get the boiler plate. Exit the shed and climb up towards the house.
Go around the house first for power-ups.
You can also take out the guys on the other house's balcony. Go back up and enter
the house. Go into the room on the right, open the wardrobe, open the back of the wardrobe
and proceed to the other house. Once you are in the main part of the house, clean
out the ground floor first (don't forget to push the lever to lower the stairs into the
water), then go upstairs.
Go right at the end of the stairs, there are five
doors to your left. Enter the first, there's a secret area under the desk where you'll
find a boiler plate, medical bags and a badge. Clear out room #2. #3 and #4
are locked. Before entering #5, go straight for more goodies, return and enter
#5. Jump on the balcony, turn left, jump into the first window to get in room #4,
turn right, jump through the left window back on the balcony and then into room #3.
Enter the closet and follow the path until you are above the fire-place. Jump into
it and exit the fire place. To the left is a crowbar. Take it and leave the
room. You're back in the main hallway of the house. Go upstairs again, turn
left then right, enter and clear the first room, go straight into the second room.
There's a secret areas to your left, with some medical aid and another rifle scope. Go
back into the first room, use your crowbar to enter the room to the right, jump through
the window on the roff, enter the other building, go downstairs and get the iron
key. Exit the building and go to the door where you need the iron key.
Enter, take the boiler plate, follow the path,
dive underneath and enter the cave. Get the medical bag in the box, jump on it and
then jump on the ledge. Turn letf, go to the lever to lower the stairs into the
water, enter the first door and get the boiler plate. Go upstairs, clear the whole
areas and get all the goodies. At the opposite end of the room with the stairs is a
lver. Pull it and a platform around the wall will be lowered. Jump on it and
cross the river. Turn ledt, jump on the box and then into the pathway. Follow
the pathway and you end up on with a house in front of you.
At the corner of the house is a broken wheel --
you need to find the wheel to close the first part of the dam. Go around, enter the
first room. At the end to the right is a secret area with some medical stuff in
it. Exit the room, go right and enter through the door. At the backside of the
room is a lever box with the lever missing. Make a mental note of it. Go upstairs,
all the way through all the rooms until you find the wheel in the last room. To the right
of the wheel is a picture -- blow it up and you'll get more medical bags and a boiler
plate. Exit all the way, go to the front of the house and use the wheel to close the
first part of the dam. Go over the dam to the other side, enter the house and clear
out both rooms. In the second room, look up at you see a hole in the roof.
Jump on the big box and the shift jump through the hole. There's a second hole
nearby, jump through it, go into the adjacent room, shoot the guy and he drops a
lever. Look out of the window and you see that you look right at the dam. Go
all the way back to where the lever box is, use the lever (it will lower the second part
of the dam) and come back to where you found the lever. Save the game.
Climb on the window ledge, jump on the damm and
then into the water. Swim accross and land to the left. Jump over the river
and enter the right house first. Get the brass key. Go to the other building,
go upstairs and jump through the hole. You're in the room with the boss. I
normally hide behind the pillars and take him out with the rifle and the scope.
