Gat Whiners Club

This page is dedicated to those people that have trouble despise the use of the Gatling gun in the game of Outlaws. The way I look at it, this game is supposed to be for fun. The people at Lucas Arts have taken the time to provide us with the Gatling Gun which if used has both good and bad points. On the good side, it mows down just about anybody, save for the few that have been blessed with lag shields. On the bad side, it makes you an open target for TNT and surprise attacks as you are imobilized with it.

What would people find wrong with a gun like this? Well just about anybody can use it. It brands you as a camper by some, not because you like to stand still but because the gun won't move. It just seems to me that many of the players, especially the ones with big egos, have a big problem with this gun. It takes the fun out of the game for them because they don't like to use it, as it doesn't allow them to zip around thanks to their very fast cpu's and video cards. It allows other players the ability to get kills that just might put them on par with these so-called great gunslingers. If you ask me the gat, if used all the time will become a big disadvantage, but it definitley has it's place in the game, especially when some players get a little too cocky and start becoming a little too territorial on a particular level. This gun will clear them out in a hurry and relieve them of their built up stockpiles of ammo and guns. They don't like it, they have told me they don't like it. They have forgot the fundamental reason for playing. To have fun and live and let live. I will abide by rules such as Marshal Law or if it is stated No Gat but otherwise I feel I have the right to do as I wish and relax and enjoy this great game.

In closing I find that the people that don't want you to use the gat will try to humiliate you into not using it. They choose not to use it and feel they should force their will onto all of us. Well believe it or not boys, we are not all the same. Some of us just enjoy playing the game and having fun. The gat is here to stay so LIVE WITH IT!!!
